The builder will go over finishes and selections with you to make sure we cover everything you want. We want your home to be unique and uniquely you.
WALKTHROUGH
A built well rep will perform a pre-closing inspection with you. This pre-closing inspection is so you can familiarize yourself with the operation and maintenance of your home. You will be able to make note of any adjustments necessary and the BW team will take care of it.
